We Love Our Sponsors!
Sponsors are crucial to the quality and overall success of any event, and races are certainly no exception. We love our sponsors, and truly do our best to make each and every one as 30A and SoWal-famous as possible in return for their support. There are multiple opportunities in conjunction with all of our races, from serving as an in-kind sponsor, namely sponsoring a water table or providing all winner and age-group awards, to signing on for a financial sponsorship, ranging anywhere from the budget-friendly race sponsor-level up to the key sponsor of the race itself. We’d absolutely love to have you on our team, in whatever capacity that you feel called!
KEY SPONSOR: $1,250 (one available)
KEY SPONSOR: $1250. (One Available) The Key Sponsor will become synonymous with the specific race in which it’s sponsoring. How? Because EVERY TIME the race is mentioned on the race registration page, social media, or any other outlet online (which is OFTEN!), the Key Sponsor's name will also be mentioned, e.g. "the Patriot’s Run Santa Rosa Beach, presented by Joe's Plumbing of the Emerald Coast..." The Key Sponsor’s logo will also be prominently displayed on the front of the shirt, or on the very top of the shirt back. As with the other levels of sponsorship, the key sponsor will also receive an initial advertisement on the Rotorhead 30A Running Company Facebook and Instagram pages announcing them as a race sponsor with a "plug" for their business or brand. The Key Sponsor will also be introduced at the actual race WITH an opportunity to address the crowd, if they so choose. And then, in the days after the race, the Key Sponsor will receive one last social media plug thanking them for their support. Click here to sponsor.
FINISH LINE SPONSOR: $500 (one available)
The Finish Line Sponsor will receive an initial advertisement on the Rotorhead 30A Running Co. Facebook and Instagram pages announcing them as "the Finish Line Sponsor" along with a plug for their business or brand. Furthermore, and more importantly, the Finish Line Sponsor will also have a major presence at the actual finish line of the race. To put it more bluntly, the Finish Line Sponsor "owns" the race finish line, and has the latitude to advertise as much or little as they'd like. Additionally, the Finish Line Sponsor's logo will also be displayed prominently on the back of the race shirt with an enlarged logo, as well as on the official race banner which will be front and center at the race itself. RACE SPONSOR: $250 (eight available)
Race Sponsors will receive an advertisement on the Rotorhead 30A Running Co. Facebook and Instagram pages announcing them as a race sponsor with a "plug" for their business or brand. Race Sponsor logos will also be displayed on the back of the race shirt, as well as on the official race banner which will be front and center at the race itself. I will also announce each race sponsor individually during the pre-race program. Race sponsors also have the opportunity to set up a table or tent at the race itself for promotional purposes (prior coordination required, of course, as space is typically limited). In-Kind Sponsorships
SWAG PROVIDERS: $100 - $2000+ (unlimited)
There are lots of options here, and all are great for getting your business or brand advertised. The best part is, with this option, your business or brand will literally be on display for as long as the runner hangs on to whatever swag you provide. It could be the finisher's awards? The age group awards? Or perhaps the awards for the winners or runners up. Total cost is truly up to you, as it will obviously correlate to the level of award that you ultimately choose to provide (e.g. some races offer engraved wood blocks as the age-group awards, where other races provide actual trophies or even windbreakers(!!!) – the price difference here is obviously significant. Historically speaking to give you an idea of cost, the winner’s awards typically cost between $30-$50 a piece, for up to four total for a given race; age-group awards are typically $800 or more total, for fairly basic awards; and the same for the finisher’s awards.
You could also provide the race shirts. Typical cost there is ~$2000, depending on the race and anticipated number of runners. You could provide food or beverages for the afterparty. WATER TABLE SPONSOR (1-3 available, depending on the race)
This is a fantastic way to get your business or brand out there, and for minimal cost. If you volunteer to provide for AND operate a water table, you’re free to decorate your table any way you wish! If you’re a regular runner, you’ve undoubtedly seen some memorable ones. If you have a business or brand, that could be you standing out to every runner and spectator! Water table sponsors will also receive an advertisement on the Run Grayt Facebook and Instagram pages announcing them as a sponsor with a "plug" for their business or brand. From race day registration to our course marshalls to our medical support staff, our volunteers are what make our events GREAT! Without them, quick frankly, our races simply could not happen. A short list of the race day volunteer opportunities include...
